JEO inspects training camp of Annamacharya Project artistes

The Joint Executive Officer of TTD Sri  P Basant Kumar on Monday inspected the ongoing training program of private vocal artistes at the Annamacharya Kala Mandiram in Tirupati.

It may be mentioned here that these artists were trained under the auspices of the SV Recording Project of TTD for conceiving CDs of Annamaiah sankeertans.

The month long training program of artists commenced on February 26 to make CDs of Annamaiah sankeertans  and also for making them perform during festivals and  religious programs of TTD at all regions of Andhra Pradesh.

The training programs were conducted  by retired Project artists like Sri Nageswar Naidu, Sri. PS Ranganath, Sri Ananda Bhattar, Sri G Balakrishna Prasad.

TTD Annamacharya Project Director Acharya B Vishwanatham and around 70 local private artistes participated.
