Dr MCR HRD Institute of Telangana Pays Rich Tributes to Dasarathi Krishnamacharyulu on His 95th Birth Anniversary

Dr. Marri Channa Reddy Human Resource Development Institute of Telangana paid rich
tributes to the legendary poet and writer Dasarathi Krishnamacharyulu on his 95th birth
anniversary at S.K. Hall on the campus of the Institute.
Sri K T Rama Rao, Hon'ble Minister for IT, Industries, MA & UD, Sri B.P. Acharya,
IAS, Director General of the institute & E.O. Spl. CS to Govt., Sri Harpreet Singh, IAS,
Additional Director General of the institute, and Sri Arvind Kumar, IAS, Principal
Secretary (Municipal Administration & Urban Development) paid floral tributes to the
poet.
Sri K T Rama Rao, Hon'ble Minister remembered that the poet inspired fire in the
Telangana movement by his writings and quoted his inspiring poem, “Naa Telangana…Koti
Ratanala Veena” (My Telanagana is a Veena with a crore gems).
Sri B.P. Acharya, IAS mentioned that an auditorium in the Institute has been named after
Dasarathi to inspire the officers who undergo training at the Institute.
Sri Laxman Dasarathi also participated in the program.
