Kavacha Pratista Held at Sri Govindaraja Swamy Vari Temple

Tirupati, 2 Jul. 20: The festival of Jyestabhisekam entered day two, at Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple on Thursday with the conduction of the Kavacha Pratista in Ekantham as per Covid-19 restrictions.

As a part of the event Shatakalasa Snapanam, Maha Shanti Homam, Snapana Tirumanjanam for utsava idols for Sri Govindarajaswamy and his consorts were performed by temple archakas.

Later in the evening grand procession of the utsava idols was also taken out inside the temple premises.

Sri Sri Sri Pedda Jeeyangar and Sri Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyangar Swamijis, Special Grade DyEO Smt Varalakshmi and other staffs participated.
