Srivari Pavithrotsavam From 30th July to 1st Aug

Tirumala, 27 Jul. 20: The annual three day Pavitrotsavams of Srivari temple will be observed from July 30 to August 1 with Ankurarpanam on July 29. 

In view of Covid-19 restrictions, the entire event will take place in Ekantham.

Pavitrotsavam is performed to ward off bad effects of lapses in utsavas and rituals etc. If any, committed by Archakas or devotees during the entire year.

On all three days the utsava idols of Srivaru and His consorts will be rendered snapana tirumanjanam.
