Tiruchanoor, 23 Jul. 20: TTD is gearing up to conduct the annual holy Sri Varalakshmi Vratam in online through virtual participation of devotees on July 31 which takes place at Sri Padmavati Ammavari temple in Tiruchanoor.
In view of the COVID-19 restrictions, TTD for the first time will be performing the fete through the Virtual platform and providing an opportunity to the countless devotees all over country and even overseas to participate in this sacred event which will be telecasted live on TTD’s Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel on that day between 10am and 12noon.
The devotees could book the online tickets from 5pm of July 22 to 5pm of July 30. The participant devotees will be presented through India post ( but not for overseas devotees as it is not viable to send in the existing Covid conditions), one Uttariyam, one blouse piece, kumkum packet, bangles and other Prasadam which are offered in the special pujas as a part of Varalakshmi Vratam.
The Gotranamas of devotees will be written on a paper and placed at the holy feet of Goddess Padmavathi in sanctum sanctorum.
TTD said that there was a good response for sale of online Vratham tickets.The devotees who wish to book the tickets in on-line shall have to follow these simple steps.
* They should click on the Varalakshmi Vratam ( virtual participation) button
* Then should click on “I agree” accepting the TTD’s terms and conditions
* Later the Grihasta devotees (only two persons) should enter their names, age, gender, Gothram, e-Mail ID, mobile number etc. for sending Prasadams.
* Should check all details and click on the continue button for the payment page.
* Payments shall be made through credit/debit cards only.
* Tickets will be released after completion of payment process.
