Tiruchanoor, 12 Aug. 20: The festival of Gokulashtami was celebrated at the sub-temple of Sri Krishna Swamy in the Sri Padmavati Ammavari temple complex at Tiruchanoor on Wednesday in ekantham in view of COVID-19 restrictions.
After morning Nitya pujas of Archana and abhisekam, the utsava idols were given Snapana Tirumanjanam in the afternoon. Thereafter in the evening unjal Seva, Go puja and Gokulashtami Asthanam were conducted.
