Tirumala, 26 September 2020: On the eighth day evening on Saturday of the ongoing annual Brahmotsavams Sri Malayappa Swami seated on Aswa Vahana in Kalki Avatar to bless devotees.
The Avatar signalled the completion of eight-day vahana sevas during nine-day brahmotsavams.
The Kalki avatar of Sri Venkateswara is manifestation of His role as a good Samaritan who fights the evil and protects the righteous elements in the Kaliyuga.
The Krishna Yajurveda described Malayappa as a ‘Ashwa Rupa ‘ as a message for every one to distance from Kali-dosha’s and perform ''Nama Japam'' to ward off the impact of negative forces in Kaliyuga.
