TTD Allocates Rest Houses on Tender Basis at Tirumala

Tirumala, 7 Oct. 20: The various rest houses located in Tirumala were allotted to donors under Cottage Donation Scheme on tender basis on Wednesday.

 

As the time period for the cottage donors who have constructed these rest houses in Tirumala has expired, TTD has went ahead with calling fresh open tenders for allotment of these cottages in a transparent manner.

 

The details of the donors and the rest houses allotted in the tender process as stated below-

 

- Sripati Rest House-Rs.7.11cr to Phoenix Power Infra Limited, Hyderabad

 

-  Vidyasadan-Rs.7.89cr to Joopalli Syam Rao, Hyderabad

 

- Snehalatha-Rs.7.87cr to Picchammai Educational and Charitable Trust, Chennai

 

- Karam Nivas-Rs.6.80cr to Bhudati Lakshmi Narayana, Hyderabad

 

-  Vakula-Rs.6.50cr to Rajesh Sharma, Mumbai

 

- Gumble-Rs.5.99cr to Smt S Bhagyasri, Chennai

 

- Sri Niketan-Rs.5.98cr to Sri Sharathchandra Reddy, Hyderabad

 

- Godavari-Rs.5.5cr to Mega Engineering and Infrastructure Limited, Hyderabad

 

- Lakshmi Nilayam-Rs.5.25cr to Apcons Infrastructure, Mumbai

 

- Balaji Kuteer-Rs.5.11cr to Sri Om Prakash Agarwal, Hyderabad
