Tirupati, 6 Nov. 20: The ancient temple of Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy at Burugamanda village in Sadumu mandal of Chittoor district was traditionally merged with the TTD on Friday.
The merger ceremony was performed in the presence of the AP Panchayati Raj Minister Sri Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy.
Sri K Venkat Reddy, the custodian of the temple handed over the temple documents to the Endowments Department who in turn gave it to TTD.
Henceforth Temple will become part of the Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy group of temples run by TTD.
TTD Spl.GR.DyEO Smt Vara Lakshmi, DyEO of SKVT Smt VR Shanti, DyEO (Inventories) Sri Devendrababu and superintendent Sri Chengalrayulu were present.
