Tiruchanoor, 17 Nov. 20: On the seventh day evening as part of ongoing annual Karthika Brahmotsavams, Goddess Padmavathi as Dhana Lakshmi graced on Chandraprabha Vahana.
According to legends, both Chandra and Lakshmi Devi emerged during the churning of milk ocean and hence revered as siblings. Both are known for their beauty, charm and grace. The very sight of the moon gives a soothing feel.
Similarly, the devotees who witnessed the Chandraprabha Vahana Seva were chill thrilled by the sight of beautiful Dhana Lakshmi on charming Chandraprabha Vahanam.
