Sri Malayappa to Bless Devotees on Peddasesha Vahana on 18th Nov

Tirumala, 17 Nov. 20: On the occasion of Nagula Chavati festival on Wednesday, November 18, Sri Malayappa Swamy will ride on Pedda Shesha Vahanam along the four Mada streets and bless devotees.

 

Puranic legends hail Adisesha, king of serpents as a staunch disciple of Sri Venkateswara. Legends also highlight Adi Sesha as Lakshmana in Ramavatara, and Balrama in Sri Krishna incarnation.
