Gudiko Gomata Scheme Unveiled at Kakinada




Tirupati, 12 Dec. 20: Under the directives of Honourable CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s vision for propagation of Hindu Sanatana Dharma, TTD is contemplating to implement the Gudiko-Gomata program across the country, said TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy.

 

Disclosing this at Kakinada while unveiling the unique program at Sri Bala Tripurasundari temple on Sunday the TTD Board Chief said worship of Cow is equivalent to worship of all Gods in Hindu Dharma.

 

He said the TTD is prepared to present a pair of a Cow and Calf to all temples, Mutts and Veda Pathashalas in the country to facilitate cow worship by all devotes, if the institutions come forward for their protection and caretaking.

 

He said the TTD will initially launch the program in all southern states and later scale it up nationally.

 

TTD Chairman said TTD has decided to build 500 temples in the colonies of SC/ ST/BC and fishermen across AP and Telangana states under the aegis of the HDPP. Besides seeking spiritual interference against pandemic COVID-19, TTD has launched several spiritual programs.

 

He said after consulting 26 pontiffs and Agama experts, TTD has decided to provide Vaikunta Dwara Darshan to devotees for 10 days from December 25 to January 3. But the devotees have to book their tickets online, if not they can get advance tickets at Tirupati.

     

He said the TTD IT department had resolved technical snags which had occurred due to devotees logging at once for Vaikunta Ekadasi Darshan tickets.

 

Adding further he said the TTD will reopen the TTD information centres to provide darshan tickets easily to devotees, once the situation turns to normalcy.

 

AP ministers Sri Kannababu, Sri Viswaroop, Sri Venugopalkrishna, MP Smt Vanga Geeta, Chairman of Sri Bala Tripurasundari temple Sri P Ratnaji and others were present.
