Tirupati, 15 Dec. 20: During his inspection to TTD run Sri Venkateswara Ayurvedic college in Tirupati TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy directed the officials concerned to come up with an action plan to develop the Ayurvedic institution.
Along with JEO Sri P Basanth Kumar, EO inspected Ayurvedic College on Tuesday evening. After going through the facilities available in the Ayurvedic institution, he directed the officials concerned to visit and observe the facilities available in Hassan, Belgaum Ayurvedic institutions in Karnataka which are top grade institutions in this ancient medicine system.
The EO instructed the Tirupati JEO to take up measures to fill up the vacancies on teaching side in the Institution. Later he also inspected the lab, Panchakarmasala, medicines storeroom, existing courses for the students and other amenities available to patients etc.and made necessary instructions to the college and hospital authorities to improve the facilities.
SV Ayurvedic College Principal and the in-charge Superintendent of the hospital Dr Padmavathi and other senior doctors were also present.
