Tiruchanoor, 19 Feb. 21: The Goddess of Prosperity, Sri Padmavathi Devi blessed Her devotees on Saptha Vahanams from dawn to dusk on Friday as part of Radhasapthami festivities observed in Tiruchanoor.
The Vahana Sevas commenced with Suryaprabha Vahanam at 7:30am followed by Hamsa, Aswa, Garuda, and Chinna Sesha till afternoon. Between 3:30pm and 4:30pm Snapana Tirumanjanam was performed to the Goddess. Later in the evening Chandraprabha and Gaja Vahana Sevas were performed.
On the other hand, in the sub-temple of Sri Suryanarayana, the processional deity took out a celestial ride on Aswa Vahanam and blessed the devotees at 6am.
DyEO Smt Jhansi Rani and other staff members were also present.
