Tirupati, 21 Feb. 21: On the second day of the ongoing annual teppotsavams in Sri Govindaraja Swamy pushkarani, Lord as Parthasaradhi flanked by Rukmini and Satyabhama on either side, blessed His devotees on the finely decked float.
