Tirupati, 11 Feb. 21: TTD Executive Officer Dr KS Jawahar Reddy on Thursday congratulated a student of TTD run SV Arts College, Hari Prasad for winning the PM trophy for AP by participating in the Republic Day parade at New Delhi.
Hailing from Sullurpeta of Sri Potti Sreeramulu Nellore district Hariprasad is studying BA course at SV Arts College and had participated in the R Day parade as part of the Air wing of NCC.
He had bagged the PM trophy for best performance at the Parade and achieved the decoration for AP after 15 years.
Hari Prasad has been awarded an Rs Two lakhs cash purse by the Honourable CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy for getting honours to AP when he called on him recently.
He apprised TTD EO of selection process of Republic Day parade. Hari Prasad expressed his goal to serve people by joining civil services.
Devasthanams Education Officer Sri Govindarajan, boy's parents, NCC care taking officer Dr P Mohan, SV arts college Principal Dr T Narayanamma were present.
