Waive off Worries with Nama Japam - Seers

Tirumala, 11 Feb. 21: One shall overcome worries by chanting the divine names of the lord in the form of Nama Sankeertana in Kaliyuga said the Pontiffs of various mutts. 

 

On the occasion of the 174th Aradhana Mahotsavam of Sri Purandharadasa at Asthana Mandapam in Tirumala on Thursday, the Pontiff of Vyasaraja Mutt Sri Vidyasreesha Theertha Swamy and his Palimaru mutt counterpart Sri Vidyadheesha Theertha Swamy rendered Anugraha Bhashanam. 

 

They advocated that the sankeertans penned by Sri Purandhara Dasa taught the Sharanagati Prapatti, ethical values etc. to lead a pious life.

 

Over 300 Dasaparas participated in the event.
