Vontimitta, 23 April 2021: On Friday evening, the third day of the ongoing annual Sri Ramanavami Brahmotsavam of Vontimetta Sri Kodandarama Swamy temple, Kodandarama rode on Simha vahana in ekantham due to Covid quarantine.
Simha, the Lion, is a symbol of bravery, leadership, strength and Sri Kodandarama is an embodiment of all virtues. Darshan of Sri Rama o such a vehicle imbibed all, such virtues and enabled devotees to face hardships in life.
Temple AEO Sri Muralidhar, Superintendents Sri Venkatachalapathi, Sri Venkateshaiah, Temple inspector Sri Dhananjaeyulu and others were present.
