Jyestabhishekam inSri Govindaraja Swamy Vari Temple

The annual Jyesthabhishekam in Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple will be observed from July 19 to 21.

 

On the advent of Jyesta star in Ashada month, this annual fete commences in this ancient temple located in Tirupati. 

 

On July 19 Kavachadhivasam, July 20 Kavacha Pratistha and July 21 Purnahuti will be observed in the temple. Every day there will be snapana tirumanjanam will be performed to the utsava deities. In the evening, there will be unjal seva to the deities. 

 

Due to Covid norms, this festival will be observed in Ekantam within the temple premises itself.
