Pournami Garuda Seva Held

On Wednesday night TTD organised the monthly Pournami Garuda Seva.

 

Richly decorated and bejewelled utsava idol of Sri Malayappa was paraded on Mada streets from 7.00pm- 9.00 pm and blessed the devotees.

 

Legends say that Darshan of Sri Malayappa on his favourite vehicle of Garuda Vahana would beget devotees all boons and relief from all ailments.

 

Temple DyEO Sri Ramesh Babu, VGO Sri Bali Reddy and others took part.
