State Endowments Officials Visits TTD

Under the instructions of Honourable CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmonhan Reddy, a team of officials from AP Endowments Department visited TTD on Tuesday to learn on how the temple management is successfully implementing the administrative mechanism, various pilgrim-friendly measures in its temples etc. The team met TTD JEO for Education and Health Smt Sada Bhargavi and also participated in a meeting at the Conference Hall of TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati.

 

Chairing the meeting, the JEO explained various administrative and pilgrim welfare methodologies adopted in TTD including the Auditing, Accounting, Vigilance and Security, Annaprasadam, preparation of Prasadams, modernization of Potu, Darshan ticket issuing mechanism, IT, tenders process, digitization of jewels of Sri Venkateswara Swamy, Quality Control, sanitation, Master plan preparation etc. The Heads representing each of these departments also explained to them the adminsitrative methods adopted by them towards successful execution.

 

The team comprised of Endowments Department Joint Commissioner Sri Chandrasekhar Azad, SE Sri S Srinivasa Rao, EEs, and Deputy Commissioners. Deputy EO of Tirumala temple Sri Ramesh babu, VGO Sri Manohar, CIO Sri Sandeep, CE OSD Sri Balaji Prasad were also present.
