The essence of Bhagavat Gita is to lead a righteous life and everyone should try to catch that and apply the same in their daily life for an ethical living said, TTD JEO Sri Veerabrahmam.

 

On the occasion of Gita Jayanthi on December 14, district level competitions were held under the aegis of HDPP wing of TTD.

 

The state level competitions to the winners in district level was held in Mahati Auditorium on Wednesday.

 

In the evening prizes were distributed. Speaking on the occasion the JEO said Gita preaches "Do not think of results only execute your work with utmost devotion and faith. And also learns one on how to face problems with courage.

 

All projects special officer Sri Vijayasaradhi, Principal, Oriental College of Hyderabad Sri Hemanth Kumar, AEO Sri Satyanarayana and others were also present.

 

Later prizes were distributed to state level winners of Gita Shloka competition.
