TTD Eo Holds Review Meeting on Landslides with Experts

TTD EO Dr. KS Jawahar Reddy held a review meeting on Landslides - aversion measures with the experts on Saturday evening at SPRH in Tirupati.

A team of three professors, Prof. Manisha, Prof. Nirmala Vasudevan, Prof. Sudesh Vadhawan from Mata Amrita Viswa Vidyapeetham, Kerala belonging to Strategic Initiatives ok  Research and Innovation department presented a PowerPoint presentation on Landslides in Himalayan ranges, Western ghats, etc.

TTD CE Sri Nageswara Rao later presented the photos of landslides that occurred in Tirumala ghat roads during recent rains.

EO asked the experts team to visit the landslide areas on December 5 and suggest recommendations to TTD to address the issue.

JEOS Sri Veerabrahmam, Smt Sada Bhargavi, CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, FACAO Sri Balaji, DFO Sri Srinivasulu Reddy were also present.
