Up Ghat Road Opens Up for Pilgrims After 40 Days

TTD Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy on Tuesday afternoon opened up the Second Ghat Road (up ghat) at around 2:30pm for vehicular movement.

 

Later speaking to the media he said the Up Ghat road was closed from December 1 onwards following heavy boulder which has damaged the roads critically. But with the day and night efforts put up by our CE and his team along with AFCON officials, we have completed the restoration of up ghat on time and opened it today almost after forty days for the conveyance of devotees. We appreciate their sincere efforts on behalf of our Chairman and EO", he maintained.

 

CE Sri Nageswara Rao, SE 2 Sri Jagadeeshwar Reddy, EE Sri Surendranath Reddy, VGO Sri Bali Reddy, DSP Sri Prabhakar, Traffic DSP Sri Venugopal, DyEE Sri Ramana, AFCON In-Charge Sri Swamy and others were also present.
