Anjanadri Bhumi Puja with Srivari Blessing - Sri Sri Sri Swaroopananda Saraswati Maha Swamy

 Sri Sri Sri Swaroopananda Saraswati Maha Swami of Sharada Peetham of Visakhapatnam said it is with the blessing of Sri Venkateswara Swamy that the Bhoomi puja for the development and beautification of Anjanadri - Anjaneya birthplace was performed on Wednesday.

 

During his anugraha Bhashanam after the ground breaking Mahotsavam at Anjanadri near Akasa Ganga in Tirumala, he said both the Telugu states are the epitome of Bhakti with umpteen numbers of pilgrim centers. Junior pontiff of Visakha Sarada Peetham Sri Swatmanada also spoke on the occasion.

 

HANUMANTA BIRTH PLACE TO BE DEVELOPED AS A POPULAR PILGRIM SPOT IN TIRUMALA- TTD CHAIRMAN

 

TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy said on Wednesday that TTD will develop the Hanumanta birth place at Akashaganga into one of the most sought after pilgrim centers with beautification and development works without altering the ancient structures of Sri Anjanadevi and Sri Bala Anjaneya temple at Akasaganga and TTD was not keen to enter into in any controversies further.

 

He also highlighted the various dharmic programs taken, up by the TTD upon the direction of the Honourable CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy. Among others they included rejuvenation of dilapidated 100-year-old temples, construction of 502 villages in SC/BC/ST and fishermen hamlets, plans to build 1000 such temples in next phase to avert religious conversions.

 

He said as part of AP CM's commitment to build Sri Venkateswara temples all over country from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, TTD had begun a SV temple at Jammu at a cost of Rs.35 crore and works on similar temple at Kanyakumari is already completed. The SV temple at Visakhapatnam is almost complete and ready for Kumbhabisekam in March.

 

HANUMANTA BIRTHPLACE WORKS ON DEVOTEES SUGGESTIONS: TTD EO 

 

TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy said focus came on Hanumanta birthplace only after Ayodhya Ram Mandir Bhumi puja following devotees advise who sent emails, letters etc. to TTD.

 

He said the TTD set up a pundits committee headed by former VC for Rashtriya Sanskrit university late Acharya Muralidhar Sharma under supervision of Additional EO Sri AV. Dharma Reddy and with Dr Akella Vibhishana Sharma, Project Officer of SV institute of Higher Vedic studies as its coordinator.

 

On April 21, 2021 after four months of study on historic, uranic, geographical and archaeological evidences, the committee announced that Anjanadri is the birthplace of Hanumanta after inviting objections and suggestions from public. There was only one objection but without proper logics and hence rejected.

 

HANUMANTA STRENGTH FOR WELL BEING OF SOCIETY: SRI SRI SRI SWAMY GOVINDA DEV GIRIJI MAHARAJ

 

Sri Sri Sri Swam Govinda Dev Giriji Maharaj expressed happiness in attending the event and said that every household that worships Anjaneya is His birthplace and instead of raking up controversies, every Hanuman Bhakta should join hands to take forward Hanuma Jagaran to protect the country from evil forces.

 

ANJANADRI IS HANUMAN BIRTHPLACE -PROVED BY SHASTRAS: Chitrakoot pontiff

 

The Pontiff of Tulasi mutt, Chitrakoot Sri Ramabhadracharyulu advocated that 12 Puranas of 18 stated that Anjanadri is the Birthplace of Anjaneya. There is no need for any debate or controversy over birthplace of Anjaneya as Anjaneya is a Purana Purusha and he is omni present.

 

PROPAGATE HANUMAN BHAKTI-VHP JS

 

The Vishwa Hindu Parishad International Joint General Secretary Sri Koteswar Sharma said it is time that all should join hands and take forward Hanuman Bhakti Tatva especially among the youth of today who are leading life on a wrong path.

 

Earlier the architectural design of beautification and development works, a book on Anianadri-Tirumala and a audio visual sankeetan were also unveiled by all the spiritual dignitaries on the occasion.

 

A few TTD board members, Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, JEO Sri Veerabrahmam, CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, CE Sri Nageswara Rao, Prof Ranisadasiva Murty, Dr A Vibhishana Sharma and other officials were also present.
