Priority to Common Devotees at Tirumala

Tirumala, 04 March 2022: TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy said on Friday that TTD is making every effort to provide delicious Anna Prasadam as per traditional habits and comfortable Srivari Darshan to common devotees.

 

Speaking to media after inspecting  Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Anna Prasadam Complex(MTVAC) and luggage Center at PAC-4(Old Anna Prasada Bhavan) along with officials,TTD Chairman said that its been over a week's time since Sarva Darshan for common devotees has been commenced after a gap of almost two years. The devotees rush has been increasing remarkably, he added.

 

He directed officials of Anna Prasadam to make all arrangements to provide quality Anna Prasadam etc. to devotees as per increasing numbers.

 

Similarly for the convenience of devotees of North India rotis and chapatis will also be served. The officials concerned are instructed to make arrangements  to distribute Anna Prasadam at two locations in Tirumala.

 

He said


officials are making all efforts to commence full fledged Arjita Sevas from April onwards.

 

He also reiterated that TTD has not hiked the tariff of Arjita Sevas and Darshan tickets and there was only a routine discussion at the TTD board meeting recently on the issue.

 

He said it was the endeavour of TTD board to provide quicker and hassle free Srivari Darshan to common devotees and all out efforts are made to reduce the VIP Darshans .

 

TTD CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, DyEO of Anna Prasadam, Sri Harindranath ,VGO Sri Bali Reddy and other officials were present.
