Vakulamata Temple To Be Developed as A Divya Kshetram

The temple dedicated to Vakulamata, the foster mother of Sri Venkateswara which is getting renovated at Perur will be developed into a Divya Kshetram said the Honourable Minister Sri P Ramachandra Reddy.

 

He said the Honourable CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy will take part in the Maha Samprokshanam of the temple on June 23.

 

After inspecting the ongoing temple works in the site along with TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy on Sunday evening, the Minister said, under the instructions of the CM of AP renovation and reconstruction works has been taken up by TTD on a war-footing basis in the last two years.

 

Arrangements will be made that the devotees visit Vakulamata temple after darshan of Tiruchanoor Padmavathi Ammavaru.

 

ZP Chief Sri Srinivasulu, TTD Board members Sri Ashok Kumar, Sri Ramulu, JEO Sri Veerabrahmam and others were also present.
