Azadika Amrita Mahotsav at Sri Venkateswara Vedic University

Azadika Amrita Mahotsav was observed with gaiety at SV Vedic University on Wednesday upon the directives of the TTD EO and University Vice Chancellor Sri AV Dharma Reddy under the supervision of Registrar Dr Radheshyam.

 

Speaking on the occasion as chief guest, Acharya of the Sanskrit department at National Sanskrit University, Dr Chakravarti Ranganathan paid rich tributes to national leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and others who provided Ramarajya to the nation. He also hailed contributions of Swami Vivekananda who the spread message of Vedic knowledge across the globe.

 

Among others, Dr Subramaniam Bhide, Dr Rajesh Kumar, Dr Neelakantan, Sri Ganjam Ramakrishna, Dr Purushottam Acharya Dr AV Radheshyam, Dr P Ramakrishna Somayaji spoke on various highlights of the freedom struggle and sacrifices of national and regional leaders.

 

Academic Dean Dr Phani Yajneswarayajulu, coordinator Dr K Purushottam Acharya, PRO Dr T Brahmacharya were present.
