Take Steps to Resolve Court Cases Speedily - TTD Eo

TTD EO AV Dharma Reddy has directed officials of TTD legal department to pursue measures to speedily resolve pending TTD cases in courts.

 

Addressing a review meeting with the Officials of law department and Standing Counsels at Annamaiah Bhavan on Saturday, the TTD  EO  instructed officials to ensure filing of counters on all pending cases before October 15 and on basis of priority attempt to resolve each case.

 

He wanted each HoD to submit para-wise remarks to Law department and deliberate on how fast the cases could be resolved.

 

He also said that TTD legal department officials should review cases once in two months with Standing counsels which would help to find solutions to even critical cases.

 

He said the standing councils also prepare an action plan on the cases handed over to them.

 

TTD JEOs Smt Sada Bhargavi, Sri Veerabrahmam,TTD law Officer Sri Reddappa Reddy, Deputy DLO Sri Shyamsunder Reddy, Assistant Law officer Sri Yugandher Reddy, Senior Standing Counsel Sri S S Prasad, Smt Sindhu Kumari,Sri Prashant ,Sri Sumanth, Sri Prabhakar Sharma and Sri Anup Kaushik were also present.
