Gita Jayanti Competitions Held

In connection with Geetha Jayanti on December 4, Bhagavad Gita competitions were held for the students at Annamacharya Kala Mandira in Tirupati on Sunday. 

Nearly 200 students belonging to 6th 7th 8th and 9th classes from various schools across Tirupati participated enthusiastically and showcased their skills.

Among Sixth and Seventh standard students, Kum Nagamalleswari, Bhavyasri, and Bhuvana Sri belonging to KBSSP, Venkateswara Children's High Schools and Sri Padmavathi Girls High School stood in the top three places.

In the category of Eighth and Ninth classes, Chi Nanda Kishore of SGS School, Rajit of Little Angels, and Shravani of SP Girls High School stood in the top three places.

Those who are below 18 years, Hema Venkatramana, Mukunda, and Jeevan Srinivas while among those above 18 years category, kv Lakshmi Devi, M Gopala Krishna, and T Suneeta stood in first, second, and third places respectively.

A dozen experts acted as judges for the competition for various categories.
