TTD Chairman Lays Foundation Stone for Yaganti Kalyana Mandapam







TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy laid foundation stone to TTD Kalyana Mandapam which is coming up soon in Yaganti of Nandyala on Monday.


Speaking to media on the occasion the Chairman said, the Trust Board has taken the decision to construct a Kalyana Mandapam in one of the most sacred centres of AP upon the request of TTD Trust Board member as well legislator Sri Rambhupal Reddy.


All these years there were no specific facilities to the devotees here inspite of Yaganti being a prominent pilgrim centre. So we have decided to construct a Kalyana Mandapam at Rs.3crores, he maintained.


He also said, all other TTD Kalyana Mandapams whose development has also been  delayed all these years. So to start with we have focussed on TTD Kalyana Mandapam at Nandyala where tenders will be invited and reconstruction works will be taken. We are keen to take forward the Hindu Dharma Prachara activities in a big way", he maintained.


The Chairman also said on the auspicious occasion of Karthika Pournami, the celestial Karthika Deepotsavam will be observed on November 7 in Yaganti from 6pm onwards", he added.


AP Finance Minister Sri Rajendranath Reddy, Local MP Sri Brahmananda Reddy, Legislators  sri K. Rami Reddy Sri Hafiz, TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy were also present.


Among TTD officials JEO(E & H) Smt Sada Bhargavi, SE 2 Sri Jagadeeshwar Reddy, CEO SVBC Sri Shanmukh Kumar, DyEO Annaprasadam Sri Subramanyam, EE Mallikarjuna prasad, VGO Tirupati Sri Manohar, Director SVETA Smt Prasanti and others were also present.
