Sri Srinivasa Vishwa Shanti Maha Yagam Concludes at Dharmagiri

The Sri Srinivasa  Vishwa Shanti Maha Yagam organised by TTD  for the well-being of humanity concluded at Tirumala on Sunday morning with the Maha Purnahuti.

The Tirumala pontiffs Sri Sri Sri Pedda Jeeyarswami and Sri Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyarswami, TTD  Chairman  Sri YV Subba Reddy couple participated in the 7-day-long Yagam performed at Dharmagiri Veda Vijnan Peetham.

The TTD chairman couple also performed Gopuja at the Yagashala.

In his blessing speech, the Tirumala pontiffs said the performance of such sacred Yagams yielded wonderful outcomes for global humanity and that people benefitted from the blessings of Sri Venkateswara.

Earlier Vishwaksena Aradhana, Punya Havachanam, Agni Pranayanam, Ukta Homas, Kalashabhisekam were performed. Thereafter the Ritwiks and Archakas were felicitated and presented Thirtha Prasadam.

The Yagam was performed by 21 Ritwiks in seven Homa Kundas under the supervision of Dharmagiri principal Sri KSS  Avadhani and live telecasted by SVBC channel.

One of Chief Archakas of Srivari temple Sri Krishna Seshachala Dikshitulu,vaikhanasa agama adviser Sri Mohana Rangacharyulu, SVBC CEO Sri Shanmukh Kumar ,IT GM Sri Sandeep,VGOs Sri Bali Reddy and Sri Giridhar were present.
