Grand Float Festival Begins in Tiruchanoor Temple

On the Day-1 of the Teppotsavam (float festival) of Sri Padmavati temple, Tiruchanoor, Sri Krishna Swamy along with His consorts Sri Rukmini and Sri Satyabhama went round three circles in the colourfully decorated float on Wednesday evening.

Earlier in the morning after Nitya Kainkaryas, TTD organised a grand Abhisekam at the Mukha Mandapam. In the evening the utsava idols of Swami and Ammavaru will be paraded on the Mada streets after the float festival.

Dyeo Sri Govindarajan and AEO Sri Prabhakar Reddy were present.
