Flexes on TTD Temples Stands As A Special Attraction













TTD has come out with a different concept of enlightening the devotees about the galaxy of temples under its fold spread across the country in the form of an expo at the ongoing annual Brahmotsavam in Vontimitta.

 

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, the biggest Hindu religious organization, which manages over seventy temples across the country besides the world famous Tirumala temple of Lord Venkateswara has been doing the heritage preservation since long as a part of its prime mission of Hindu Sanatana Dharma.


The flexes on various temples under the umbrella of TTD standing as cynosure to the visiting pilgrims with valuable information.


The expo features photographs which depicts the magnificent sculptural and architectural grandeur of Vontimitta temple, besides Tirumala, Tiruchanoor, Srinivasa Mangapuram, Appalayagunta, Nagulapuram, Narayanavanam, Tondamanadu, Tarigonda, Tallapaka, Keelapatla,  Kosuvaripalli and many more.


The history of many other taken over temples and newly constructed temples of Lord Venkateswara at Visakhapatnam, Kanyakumari, Bhubaneswar, Jammu, Seetampeta, Rampachodavaram etc. have also been put for display. 


TTD Publications


A TTD book stall has been set up in the temple premises which operates from 8 am to 9 pm.


There are many spiritual texts, books on the history of Srivari temple, Indian cultural traditions, Sri Krodhinama Samvatsara Panchagam and Dry Flower Technology incense sticks are also available.


Similarly, the bookstore has a total of 150 Telugu publications, including the amazing Srimadandhra Mahabharata, Potana Bhagavatam, Valmiki Ramayanam, Harikoluvu, Sirikoluvu etc.  A total of 120 publications are available in Tamil, Kannada, Hindi and English.
