Describing his short stint as TTD EO a more satisfying journey in his career, the outgoing EO Sri J Syamala Rao thanked the galaxy of officers for their support and appreciated the teamwork of all employees of TTD in achieving many fruitful results during his tenure.
Sri J Syamala Rao has been felicitated on Tuesday evening in a send-off meeting held at the Conference Hall of TTD Administrative Building. In his message, he said becoming an IAS is a dream, that too selected in AP cadre is something remarkable and especially serving as Executive Officer of TTD is esteem of all. "I wholeheartedly thank the Honourable CM of AP Sri N Chandrababu Naidu for giving this divine opportunity and I always wished to do ten years of development in just two years. In TTD all developments are on one side and creating facilities to pilgrims which is a big and challenging task is on the other side.
In my tenure, We streamlined a lot of the systems including enhancing taste of Laddus, Annaprasadam, Feedback system, reception, solid waste management, various civil works and many more in this short term. We touched almost all subjects with feedback mechanism and brought a lot of improvements in all core areas.
I always aspired and worked with a long term vision for the larger benefit of devotees for the next twenty five years and succeeded in many with the support of TTD employees. I wish you all to continue the same team spirit in future too and achieve laurels to the institution by serving devotees with dedication'', he maintained.
Earlier in his speech the TTD Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary said under the able administration of EO Sri Syamala Rao Annaprasadam, Laddus, Darshan, Accommodation, Kalyanakatta etc, all were brought under one platform. The feed back mechanism has been institutionalised and today we have 96% positive feedback from tge devotees in all aspects which is an incredible achievement which became possible only with the vision of EO. Even during the crisis situation we all worked as a team under your guidance taking the most acceptable decisionp.
JEO Sri Veerabrahmam in his speech on the occasion, said Sri J Syamala Rao focussed on the development of TTD local temples in a phased manner. Today the number of footfall to various local temples increased with your vision. Similarly the various unique programs in taking forward Hindu Sanatana Dharma to the next level is an instance of your vision on dharmic activities.
The Chief Vigilance and Security Officer Sri Muralikrishna, said EO with his proactive leadership qualities achieved many pilgrim friendly initiatives in a successful manner and also created a good ambience for the multitude of visiting pilgrims in Tirumala.
FACAO Sri Balaji said the concept of kiosks in local temples is a master plan and a huge success within a short span.
CE Sri Satyanarayana said the FMS services have been improved on a large scale under the tenure of Sri J Syamala Rao. The maintenance of dams have also been taken up using latest technology almost after two decades. Besides the Ghat road works repair, open drainage, solid waste management also set a bench mark to protect Tirumala environment with the vision of EO.
The entire meeting was led by TTD CPRO Dr T Ravi. Among others DLO Sri Prasad Rao, Director BIRRD Dr Jagdeesh, DFO and IT GM In-charge Sri Phanikumar Naidu, GM Transport Sri Sesha Reddy, PRO Kum Neelima, OSD SVBC Smt Padmavati, Catering Special Officer Sri GLN Sastry, HDPP Secretary Sri Sriram Raghunath, Dasa Sahitya Project Special Officer Sri Ananda Theerthacharyulu, SV Recording Project Special Officer Dr Vibhishana Sharma also spoke on the occasion besides various other TTD Union leaders.
The heads of various departments a were also present.
Earlier the Veda Pundits of various TTD temples rendered Vedaseervachanam to the outgoing TTD EO Sri J Syamala Rao on the occasion followed by the felicitation by various staff.
