Panchami Theertham Sare Proceeds to Tirupati

The procession of the  Sare for Panchami Theertham took place during early hours on Tuesday at Tirumala.

The divine gifts from Sri Venkateswara Swamy to His betterhalf Sri Padmavati Devi at Tiruchanoor commenced in from Tirumala temple.

Along with the TTD Chairman Sri BR Naidu, TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal and Additional EO Sri Venkaiah Chowdary were also present.

Later the Additional EO handed over the Sare to TTD JEO Sri Veerabrahmam at Alipiri.

Speaking on the occasion he said, it is an age old tradition to offer precious gits to Sri Padmavati Ammavaru on the auspicious occasion of Panchami Theertham that includes precious jewels as a gift from Srivaru.

TTD Board members Smt Panabaka Lakshmi, Smt Prasanthi, Smt Rangasri, Smt Janaki Devi, CVSO Sri Muralikrishna, temple DyEO Sri Lokanatham and others were also present.
