Special Measures for Quality Education in TTD Institutions - TTD JEO (H&E)

TTD JEO (Medical & Education) Dr. A. Sharath has suggested that special plans be drawn up to provide even higher quality education in TTD institutions starting from the next academic year. On Tuesday, he held a meeting at the SV Arts College conference hall with DEO Sri Venkata Sunil, principals, and headmasters of TTD colleges and schools.

Speaking on the occasion, the JEO stated that under the guidance of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu, TTD Chairman Sri B.R. Naidu, and EO Sri Muddada Ravichandra, several initiatives are being undertaken in educational institutions. He emphasized that teachers should work together to impart not only quality education but also knowledge, skills, and values to shape students into good citizens.

He pointed out that supervision, guidance, and special attention are necessary to help students achieve better academic results. Students should be grouped based on their abilities, ensuring each group has a mix of all types of learners, so that talented students can assist others.

Teachers should teach lessons in a way that is easy to understand, pay special attention to weaker students, and if lessons are taught effectively, 100% pass results can be achieved in examinations. He also stressed the importance of focusing on employment-oriented courses and the new education policy.

From the coming academic year, teachers should update the syllabus on time. Digital teaching methods and smart classes should be utilized, with lesson plans prepared in advance. Students should be provided with career guidance and counseling, and their progress should be continuously recorded. Feedback from students and parents should be collected, with attention also given to student welfare.
