TTD Additional Executive Officer Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary reviewed the development of the Digital Procurement and Tender Portal on Saturday at Sudharma Meeting Hall, Padmavathi Guest House, Tirumala.

It was discussed  in the meeting on the website prototype and design developed by Radiant Infonet Pvt. Ltd., aimed at making the procurement and tender process more transparent, efficient, and fully digital.

Key Highlights:

•  Suppliers must register online on the portal to participate in tenders.

•  Supplier credentials and background will be verified before allowing participation.

•  A verified supplier database will be created for future procurements.

•  The system will help identify and eliminate fake suppliers and middlemen.

•  AI technology will be used to analyze market trends, price variations, and supply conditions for better procurement decisions.

•  Tender process, supply management, and payments will be integrated on a single platform.

•  Digital payment systems will ensure faster payments to suppliers.

•  The transparent system will encourage more qualified suppliers to participate.

•  Overall, the portal will make procurement more transparent, faster, and efficient.
