The cultural programs held on the occasion of Sri Sitarama Kalyanotsavam organized by TTD as a part of the annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Kodandarama Swamy temple at Vontimitta on Wednesday night immersed the devotees in devotional vibes.

The faculty and students of SV college of Music and Dance of TTD commenced the cultural bonanza with Nadaswaram-Dolu as a symbol of virtue before commencing a celestial event.

Later, the Seeta Kalyanam (Bharatanatyam), Ramayana Sabdam (Kuchipudi) and the folk dances performed by the students under the guidance of Dance lecturer Sri Harinath impressed the devotees.

Events like the marriage of Sri Sita Ram and the coronation ceremony of Sri Rama were beautifully presented in dance form.

The Sri Rama Namamrutham Bhajan Sankeertans sung by the group of Kumari Aishwarya and Kumari Soundarya from Chennai under the auspices of TTD Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad provided a divine treat to the ears of devotees.

The devotees joined their voices to the Bhajans and immersed themselves in devotional ecstasy.

The Sankeertans sung by the Annamacharya Project artists Sri Saraswati Prasad group “Pidikita Talambrala Pendli Kuthuru…”, “Adimulame Makku Angaraksha…”, “Antayu Neive Hari Pundarikaksha…” enchanted the devotees.

The cultural programs organized on this occasion reflected the splendour of Sri Rama devotion and spread spiritual joy to the devotees.
