Annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy at Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Temple commenced grandly on Wednesday night with the traditional Ankurarpanam performed as per Agama rituals.
Mrutsangrahanam and Senadhipati Utsavam were conducted with devotion from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm, followed by Ankurarpanam amid Vedic chants. The temple wore a spiritual look on the occasion.
Dwajarohanam will be held on Thursday between 7.30 am and 9.00 am in Mithuna Lagnam.
All arrangements for the Brahmotsavams have been completed. Decorative rangolis and special facilities have been arranged for devotees.
Temple Inspector Sri Nagaraju, priests and officials participated in the event.
