SRI VEDANARAYANA SWAMY ON SURYAPRABHA VAHANAM

As part of the annual Brahmotsavams at Sri Vedanarayana Swamy Temple, Sri Vedanarayana Swamy blessed devotees on Surya Prabha Vahanam on Thursday morning.

 The procession was held grandly through the four Mada streets amid Govinda chants and devotional fervour.

Snapana Tirumanjanam was also performed to the utsava deities with milk, curd, honey, turmeric and sandal paste. Chandraprabha Vahanam will be held at 7.30 pm.

On May 8, the grand Rathotsavam will take place at 6.25 am, followed by Kalyanotsavam from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm. Ashwa Vahanam will be held at 7.30 pm.
