The annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Padmavati Sameta Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy at Narayanavanam witnessed a grand Rathotsavam on Thursday morning.
Amid chants of “Govinda... Govinda...”, Vedic hymns and bhajans, devotees enthusiastically pulled the majestic temple chariot carrying the processional deities of the Lord along the four Mada Streets.
The temple atmosphere reverberated with devotion as thousands of devotees participated in the sacred event.
As part of the Brahmotsavams, Aswa Vahana Seva will be held on Thursday evening, while Chakrasnanam and Dwajavarohanam on June 5 will mark the conclusion of the festivities.
TTD officials, temple priests, police, vigilance staff and a large number of devotees participated.
