Open Control Rooms in Covid Hospitals - TTD Eo




Tirupati, 20 April 2021: TTD Executive Officer and Chairman of AP Covid Command Control Center, Dr KS Jawahar Reddy on Tuesday directed the Chittoor District Collector Sri Harinarayan to open control rooms at the SVIMS Covid hospital 

 

A high level review meeting on COVID-19 Pandemic situation was held at the TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati with Collector and TTD officials. EO directed officials concerned to set up a Nodal Officer for supervision of Covid services to affected persons. 

 

He also told the district officials to utilise the Sri Padmavati Nilayam at Tiruchanoor, Vishnu Nivasam and Srinivasam Rest Houses in Tirupati for Covid isolation services as in the case of last year.

 

He also directed the TTD officials to hand over the Second and Third Choultries behind Railway Station to District Administration for Covid relief services.

 

He said there are 450 beds in SVIMS and directed officials to complete the ongoing works on the 5th floor on war footing and bring it to use for Covid services sooner. He also wanted all beds in the SV Ayurvedic hospital of TTD to be used for Covid and that the medical staff should work on three shifts and also induct medical staff from district hospitals, if needed.

 

The TTD EO instructed officials to purchase more wheel chairs and stretchers at SVIMS hospital for Covid services.

 

At the meeting the District Collector requested the TTD EO for supply of food packets and other materials for those at Covid Quarantine Centres as was done in last year for which EO issued necessary orders to TTD officials.

 

Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy said TTD has launched stringent measures to ensure health safety of devotees coming for Srivari Darshan at Tirumala. Besides spreading awareness through the Radio and Broadcast system on Covid guidelines, Dos and Don’ts, TTD has also kept in additional stock of sanitisers and masks at Tirumala. 

 

Tirupati Municipal Corporation Commissioner Sri PS Girisha, Joint Collector Sri Veerabrahmam, TTD Incharge CMO Sri Muralidhar and other officials were also present.

Ankurarpanam held for Vontimitta Annual Brahmotsavams







Vontimitta, 20 April 2021: Akurarpanam or Beejavapanam, the Seed sowing ritual was held in Sri Kodandaramaswamy temple at Vontimetta in YSR Kadapa district on Tuesday ahead of annual Brahmotsavams which will be observed in ekantham as per Covid guidelines.

 

After morning Suprabatha Seva and Abhisekam for Parivara Devatas, Diksha Abhisekam was performed for Mula Virat and later in the evening, Ankurarpanam was conducted amidst Mangala Vaidyam and Veda mantras.

 

Temple DyEO Sri Ramesh Babu, AEO Sri Muralidhar, Superintendents Sri Venkatachalapathi, Sri Venkatesayya, Temple Inspector Sri Dhananjeyalu, Kankana bhattar Sri Rakesh Kumar and others were present.

 

DWAJAROHANAM ON APRIL 21:

 

The annual Brahmotsavams at Vontimetta Sri Kodandaramaswamy temple will commence on April 21 with the Dwajarohanam between 9.15am and 10.15am in the auspicious Mithuna lagnam.

TTD DE-Centralises Room Allotment Process to Online Devotees


Tirumala,19 April 2021: TTD has simplified procedures for easy access to rooms at Tirumala for devotees who made advanced online accommodation bookings.

 

TTD has now launched counters at Padala Mandapam and Tollgate at Alipiri and also at Srivari Mettu instead of the existing procedure at the CRO to scan the room receipts thereby decentralising the accommodation procedure.

 

At present, after scanning at CRO they had to visit the sub enquiry offices to get rooms leading to wastage of time and energy.

 

Following suggestions by devotees, TTD has changed the procedures to avoid unnecessary waiting at CRO. Devotees can now scan their advance/online  booked rooms at the scanning counters at Alipiri toll gate (for vehicles), Srivari Mettu and Padala Mandapam at Alipiri 

(for foot walkers). 

 

When they scan their receipts the devotees will get details of sub enquiry office they have to go on their registered mobile numbers so that devotees can directly visit and get rooms without wasting time at CRO.

 

Similarly, TTD is also mulling to de-centralise the CRO to six regions with 12 registration counters and allotment counters shifted to sub-enquiry offices of each rest houses, cottages etc. for the convenience of devotees.

Sri Rama Navami in Tirumala on 21st April



Tirumala, 19 April 2021: The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) will observe the religious event of ‘Sri Rama Navami Asthanam’ at Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple in Tirumala on April 21 as per Covid norms.

 

The Temple priests offer ‘Snapana Tirumanjanam’ to the processional idols of Sri Rama, Sita, Lakshmana and Anjaneya Swamy at the Ranaganayakula Mandapam inside Sri Vari temple in the morning.

 

Legend has it that Sri Maha Vishnu had taken birth on the earth as a human being  (Sri Rama) to annihilate the demons in Tretayuga. Sri Rama was His seventh incarnation and known for His steadfast adherence to Dharma. 

 

He is considered to have been an embodiment of truth and morality by being an ideal son, ideal husband, and above all, an ideal king and hence worshipped as "Purushottama". Infact all these qualities made Sri Rama a Universal Almighty across the globe.

 

Later in the evening of Wednesday, Sri Rama takes celestial ride on ‘Hanumanta Vahanam’ along four mada streets. 

 

In the night, between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m., Sri Rama Navami Asthanam takes place at Bangaru Vakili inside temple.

 

Get Ready with Evidence on Hanuman Birth Place - TTD EO




Tirupati, 19 Apr. 21: TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy sought the scholars to keep ready all the epigraphical and mythological evidences to announce Tirumala as the Birth Place of Hanuman.

 

A meeting with scholars was held in the chambers of TTD EO in the TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati on Monday. 

 

Speaking on the occasion, the EO said after special pujas inside Tirumala temple, TTD is going to officially declare Anjanadri Hills in Tirumala as Birth Place of Sri Anjaneya on the auspicious day of Sri Rama Navami on April 21 to the public via media at Nadaneerajana Mandapam at 11am with these evidences.

 

Later Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy along with other committee members including Acharya Muralidhara Sharma, Vice-Chancellor National Sanskrit University, Sri Dakshinamurthy Sharma, Director Annamacharya Project, and SV Higher Vedic Studies Project Officer Dr A Vibhishana Sharma discussed in to elaborate on evidences to be presented.

 

Kodandarama Pushpa Yagam in Ekantham








Tirupati, 19 April: The Pushpa yagam mahotsavam concluded on Monday at Sri Kodandarama Swamy temple in Ekantham in view of the Covid guidelines.

 

As part of the event held on the Punarvasu star Snapana Tirumanjanam was performed for utsava idols in the morning followed by colourful Pushpa yagam in the evening with 2 tones of 12 varieties of flowers and aromatic leaves most of which were donated from AP, Tamilnadu and Karnataka.

 

Besides chanting of Gayatri mantram 108 times, the significance of the Yagam was to ward of impact of lapses, if any occurred during recent annual Brahmotsavam. 

 

The grand procession of Sri Sita Lakshmana sameta Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy was the highlight of the festivities.

 

Temple Special Grade DyEO Smt Parvati, Garden Superintendent Sri Srinivasulu, AEO Sri Durga Raju, Gardens Manager Sri Janardan Reddy and Superintendent Sri Ramesh and others were present.

a few unwanted reports within the media that this film got shelved.

Reacting on these media reports team Falcon has condemned them and
urged everyone not to believe in rumours. “As per the schedule,
Sukumar and Vijay film hit the sets,” said Falcon and they added that
this film will only get bigger.

Currently Vijay Deverakonda is doing pan-India film ‘Liger’ while
Sukumar is doing ‘Pushpa’ will Stylish Star Allu Arjun. Once both
Vijay and Sukumar wrap up their commitments, this combination will go
floors.
