Bhagavat Gita Competitions Held on 5th Dec

 





With an aim to inculcate the great values of our Sanatana Hindu Dharma among youth, TTD has conducted Srimad Bhagavat Gita recitation competition to students on December 5 in both Telugu states, Bengaluru and Chennai.

 

These competitions for Tirupati region were organized at Annamacharya Kalamandiram in Tirupati on Sunday. Over 200 students hailing from various schools took part in this feat.

 

This competition was held under the aegis of the HDPP wing of TTD. The Special Officer of Dasa Sahitya Project Sri Anandatheerthacharyulu addressed the students at the beginning of the programme.

 

Scholars from National Sanskrit University were invited as judges for the competition. The students recited the shlokas from the 17th Chapter, Shradhatraya Vibhaga Yogam.

 

The students were categorised as Junior that includes 6th and 7th class students while students of 8th and 9th standards categorised as  Seniors.

 

These competitions were held in the respective District HQs and also at Bengaluru and in Chennai. The winners seniors on December 14 on the occasion of Gita Jayanthi.

 

HDPP AEO Sri Satyanarayana, special officer Sri Hemanth were also present.

Naa Kosam Song From Bangarraju Unveiled

 



From the very beginning, the team Bangarraju has opted for aggressive and unique promotions. First look posters of all the lead actors, first single Laddunda and recently released teaser of Bangarraju starring King Akkineni Nagarjuna, Yuva Samrat Naga Chaitanya, Ramya Krishna and Krithi Shetty increased expectations on the film being directed by Kalyan Krishna Kurasala.


Aftre teasing with teaser of second single Naa Kosam, the makers have unveiled the lyrical video today. The song actually tells how Naga Chaitanya changed himself for his love interest played by Krithi Shetty and the lyrics are very impactful. While Anup Rubens tuned a cool romantic number as the orchestration stands out, Sid Sriram prettifies the song with his magical singing.

Naga Chaitanya and Krithi Shetty seems to have shared magical chemistry between them. Nagarjuna, Ramya Krishna, Naga Chaitanya and Krithi Shetty are seen together towards the end of the song. And it’s a feast to see all the lead actors together.

Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya are sharing screen space together for the second time, after the most memorable film of Akkineni family Manam. Bangarraju, which is a sequel to Nagarjuna’s biggest blockbuster Soggade Chinni Nayana, is progressing with its shoot.

Zee Studios is co-producing the project with Annapurna Studios Pvt Ltd. Nagarjuna is the producer. Satyanand has penned screenplay, while Yuvaraj handles the cinematography. Vijay is the editor.

Sarvabhoopala Vahanam Held

 







TIRUPATI, 05 DECEMBER 2021: Sarvabhoopala Vahana Seva held in Tiruchanoor as a part of ongoing annual brahmotsavams on Sunday morning.

Sri Padmavathi Devi in Utti Krishna Alankara blessed devotees on the sixth day of the nine-day mega religious festival.


Both the Senior and Junior Pontiffs of Tirumala, Chandragiri Legislator Dr C Bhaskar Reddy, JEO Sri Veerabrahmam, DyEO Smt Kasturi Bai, Archaka Sri Babu Swamy and others were present.

 

Vasanthotsavam Held

 







On the fifth day afternoon, Vasanthotsavam also known as Upasamanotsavam was held in the shrine of Tiruchanoor as part of ongoing annual Brahmotsavams on Sunday evening.

 

Goddess Padmavathi was rendered abhishekam with sandal and other aromatic liquids to give a soothing feel after a hectic morning and evening Vahana sevas from the last five days.

 

GOLD KARNAPATRAMS DONATED

 

A Mumbai based devotee, Sri Shankar Narayan had donated Rs. 6lakhs worth 77gms weighing golden Karnapatrams on Saturday.

 

Temple DyEO Smt Kasturi Bai, AEO Sri Prabhakar Reddy, Superintendent Sri Seshagiri were also present.

TTD Eo Holds Review Meeting on Landslides with Experts

 






TTD EO Dr. KS Jawahar Reddy held a review meeting on Landslides - aversion measures with the experts on Saturday evening at SPRH in Tirupati.


A team of three professors, Prof. Manisha, Prof. Nirmala Vasudevan, Prof. Sudesh Vadhawan from Mata Amrita Viswa Vidyapeetham, Kerala belonging to Strategic Initiatives ok  Research and Innovation department presented a PowerPoint presentation on Landslides in Himalayan ranges, Western ghats, etc.


TTD CE Sri Nageswara Rao later presented the photos of landslides that occurred in Tirumala ghat roads during recent rains.


EO asked the experts team to visit the landslide areas on December 5 and suggest recommendations to TTD to address the issue.


JEOS Sri Veerabrahmam, Smt Sada Bhargavi, CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, FACAO Sri Balaji, DFO Sri Srinivasulu Reddy were also present.

Padmavathi as Mahalakshmi Blesses Devotees on Gaha Vahanam

 

On the fifth day evening of the ongoing annual Navahnika Karthika Brahmotsavams at Tiruchanoor, Goddess Sri Padmavathi Devi decked in Her splendour as Maha Lakshmi,  blessed the devotees.

 

Due to Covid restrictions, the vahana seva was held in Ekantam.

 

The deity was adorned with dazzling ornaments including the huge Lakshmi Kasula Haram specially brought from Tirumala temple on the occasion of Gaja Vahanam.

 

Both Pedda Jiyar and Chinna Jiyar Swamijis of Tirumala, EO Dr K S Jawahar Reddy, District Collector Sri Harinarayana, JEOs Sri Veerabrahmam, Smt Sada Bhargavi, CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, Health Officer Dr Sridevi, DyEO Smt Kasturi, Additional Health Officer Dr Sunil and others were also present.

 

The religious staff included Agama Advisor Sri Srinivasacharyulu, Archakas Sri Babu Swamy, Sri Manikantha Swamy and others.

Naga Chaitanya Released Saya Saya Song From Naga Shaurya’s Lakshya

 


Naga Shaurya’s Lakshya is a sports drama film with a gripping narration. Director Santhosh Jagarlapudi is presenting Naga Shaurya in a never seen before role in the movie which marks India’s first film on the ancient sport Archery. Recently, Victory Venkatesh unleashed theatrical trailer of the movie which took the expectations on the movie to another level.


Today, Yuva Samrat Akkineni Naga Chaitanya has released lyrical video of Saya Saya song from the film. The song is about Naga Shaurya voicing his romantic feelings on his ladylove in the film played by Ketika Sharma. Both look adorable together and they shared wonderful chemistry in the song.

Kaala Bhairava has rendered this groovy number that has lyrics by Krishna Kanth, while Junaid Kumar crooned it enthusiastically. Naga Shaurya and Ketika Sharma are seen going places in the number. While Shaurya looked handsome, Ketika is s stunner.

Jagapathi Babu has played a vital role, while Sachin Khedekar will be seen in another important role. Presented by Sonali Narang, the film is produced by Narayan Das K. Narang, Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, Sharrath Marar in Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP, and Northstar Entertainment Pvt Ltd banners.

Lakshya is all set for grand release worldwide on December 10th.
