SVIMS and TATA Cancer Hospital to Become Regional Cancer Centers - TTD Eo

 














TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy said on Sunday that AP Government has decided to elevate the SVIMS hospital and Tata cancer hospital at Tirupati into regional cancer Centers.

 

Speaking after his visit to the Oncology wing of SVIMS and Tata cancer hospital under construction on Sunday, he said eminent cancer specialist and Advisor to AP Government Dr Nori Dattatreyudu had visited both hospitals and made valuable suggestions to State officials to make them regional cancer centres.

 

He said while the Tata cancer hospital is likely to be inaugurated by May 1st week, TTD is expeditiously organising recruitment of medical staff and equipment for the Oncology department at SVIMS.

Mohini Avataram Toom Place

 





Mohini Avataram took place as part ongoing annual Brahmotsavam in Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy temple in Tirupati on Sunday.

Forward Unscripted Ancient Knowledge to Next Generation - TTD Eo

 

 TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy exhorted officials to ensure the transfer of all scientific knowledge embedded in age-old manuscripts for the betterment of future generations.

 

Addressing a review meeting on the Manuscripts Project on Sunday at Sri Padmavati Rest House in Tirupati, the TTD EO said the temporary office of the project should be housed in the old SVBC office and its staff deputed from various TTD departments besides an Executive set up and Advisory Committee.

 

He asked officials to scan, digitise and store all manuscripts available at the Sri Venkateswara University, Sri Venkateswara Vedic University etc.

 

Similarly, all the three significant ancient manuscripts lying with the State Government’s Archaeological unit of Kakinada and Rajahmundry also be scanned and digitised.

 

He also instructed officials to deliberate and co-ordinate with Telangana Government on the manuscripts of AP after the bifurcation of the united AP and procure them in digitised format.

Garuda Seva Held

 








The Garuda Seva was observed with celestial grandeur in Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy Temple at Tirupati on Sunday evening.

 

As a part of the ongoing annual brahmotsavam, Sri Ramachandra Murty took out celestial ride on mighty Garuda Vahanam to bless His devotees along four Mada streets.

 

Earlier, the processional of sacred padalu to be decked to the utsava deity for Garuda Seva was held.

 

Devotees offered Harati at all the points chanting Sri Rama Nama with utmost devotion.

 

Both the seers of Tirumala, JEO Sri Veerabrahmam, Spl. Gr. DyEO Smt Parvati and others were also present.

 

Ankurarpana Held for Yagam

 








Ankurarpanam for Sri Lakshmi Srinivasa Dhanwantari Yagam held at Dharmagiri Veda Vignana Peetham in Tirumala on Sunday evening.

 

According to Agama Advisor Sri Mohana Rangacharyulu, seeking the divine blessings this three-day Yagam has been mulled by TTD for the sake of world peace, health and prosperity.

 

The Yagam commences at 9am on Monday and concludes with Purnahuti on April 6 at 12noon.

 

A total of a dozen ritwiks under the supervision of the Dharmagiri Peetham Principal Sri Kuppa Siva Subramanya Avadhani will perform the Maha Yagam which will be aired live on SVBC between 11 am and 12 noon for the sake of global devotees.

 

TTD Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy participated in the religious ritual.

Ramayana Discourse in Jubilee Hills

 



Hyderabad, 03 April 2022: A week-long discourse in Sankshipta Ramayanam will be organized in the Srivari temple at Jubilee Hills from April 4-10 in connection with Sri Rama Navami festival.

 

Renowned scholar and spiritual orator Dr Mylavarapu Srinivasa Rao will render the pravachanam every day between 7pm and 8:30pm.

 

Nithiin, Vakkantham Vamsi, Sreshth Movies Production No 9 Launched

 

 Nithiin is not sticking himself for one particular genre, as he is doing wide variety of movies to play different characters. His next outing Macherla Nijojakavargam is in last leg of shooting and the film’s teaser got overwhelming response.


Nithiin is all set to team up with writer-director Vakkantham Vamsi for his 32nd film to be produced by Nikitha Reddy and Sudhakar Reddy under Sreshth Movies Banner in association with Aditya Movies & Entertainments. Rajkumar Akella presents the movie billed to be a pucca commercial entertainer. The most happening actress Sreeleela will be playing Nithiin’s ladylove in Production No 9 of Sreshth Movies.

The yet to be titled movie has been launched today in a grand manner. Puskur Ram Mohan Rao sounded clapboard for the muhurtham shot, while Umesh Gupta of Aditya Music switched on the camera. Director Surender Reddy did the honorary direction for the first shot. Sudhakar Reddy, Nikitha Reddy and Tagore Madhu handed over the script to director Vakkantham Vamsi.

Vakkantham Vamsi who provided stories for many successful movies has penned a pucca commercial subject for Nithiin who will be presented in a completely different role. The movie will have some popular technicians working for it.

Harris Jayaraj will score music for the film, wherein Sai Sriram will take care of cinematography. Sahi Suresh is the production designer.

The film will start rolling, after Nithiin is done with Macherla Niyojakavargam. Other details will be revealed soon.
