TTD Eo Unveils Poster for Annual Brahmotsavamsof Sri Govindaraja Swamy Vari Temple

 




In view of the upcoming annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple, scheduled to be held from June 2 to June 10,  TTD Executive Officer Sri J. Syamala Rao released the event poster on Tuesday at his chamber in the TTD administrative building in Tirupati.


On this occasion, the EO instructed officials to make elaborate arrangements, keeping in mind the summer conditions and the convenience of devotees. 

He emphasized the need for facilities such as shade pandals, whitewashing, attractive rangoli designs, electric and floral decorations, and paintings to enhance the temple’s festive look. He also directed the authorities to make advance arrangements for the daily Vahana Sevas, which will be held from 7 AM to 9 AM and from 7 PM to 9 PM during the Brahmotsavams.

టీటీడీకి రూ.11 ల‌క్ష‌లు విరాళం

 




అమెరికాలోని టెక్సాస్ కు చెందిన శ్రీ వేదాల రంగ‌నాథ్‌, శ్రీ‌మ‌తి కృష్ణ కుమారి దంప‌తులు సోమ‌వారం ఎస్వీ అన్న ప్ర‌సాదం ట్ర‌స్టుకు రూ.10 ల‌క్ష‌లు, ఎస్వీ గోసంర‌క్ష‌ణ ట్ర‌స్టుకు రూ.ల‌క్ష‌ విరాళం అందించారు.

నిన్నటిరోజు టోకెన్ ఉన్న 5000 భక్తులతో పాటు, టోకెన్ లేకుండా సుమారు 7000 మంది భక్తులు శ్రీవారి మెట్టు మార్గం గుండా తిరుమల చేరడం వల్ల టోకెన్ సెంటర్ పరిసరాల్లో తీవ్ర వాహన రద్దీ మరియు ఓవర్ క్రౌడింగ్ ఏర్పడింది. క్యూలైన్లు తక్కువగా ఉండటం, అత్యవసర సేవలకు అంతరాయం వంటి సమస్యలు తలెత్తాయి.

ఈ నేపథ్యంలో, అధికారుల ఆదేశాల మేరకు ఈరోజు క్రౌడ్ కంట్రోల్ చర్యలు మరింత పటిష్టంగా అమలు చేయబడ్డాయి. పంపుహౌష్ వద్ద, ఓల్డ్ మయూరి డెయిరీ ముందు మరియు రైల్వే అండర్ బ్రిడ్జి మొత్తం మూడు కట్-ఆఫ్ పాయింట్లను ఏర్పాటు చేసి, భక్తుల వాహనాలను దశలవారీగా నిలిపి, టోకెన్లకు అనుగుణంగా భక్తులను సెగ్మెంట్లుగా చేసి పంపించడం జరిగింది. అయితే కొంత మంది భక్తుల ను పై మూడు ప్రాంతాలలో అవుతున్న క్రమం లో కొందరు భక్తులు మేము నడచి వెళతాము అని అడుగగా వారిని విజిలెన్స్ సిబ్బంది పంపడం జరిగింది. అయితే కొందరు వ్యక్తులు వాటిని వీడియోలు తీసి విజిలెన్స్ సిబ్బంది అడ్డా దారిలో టోకెన్ కు పంపుతున్నారు అని ప్రచారం చేసుకుంటున్నారు. ఇది పూర్తిగా అవాస్తవం .
భక్తుల యొక్క సేఫ్టీ అండ్ సెక్యూరిటీ లో భాగంగానే విజిలెన్స్ సిబ్బంది విధులు నిర్వర్తించడం జరిగింది.
అంతే కాకుండా అత్యవసర వాహనాల రాకపోకలకు ప్రత్యేక మార్గాలు ఏర్పాటు చెయ్యబడ్డాయి. టోకెన్లు పొందిన తర్వాత కూడా భక్తుల రద్దీని తగ్గించేందుకు విజిలెన్స్ మరియు అధికారులు, సిబ్బంది స్వయంగా లగేజీ లారీల్లోకి లోడ్ చేయడం జరిగింది.
ఈరోజు కూడా 5000 టోకెన్లు మంజూరు చేయగా, టోకెన్ లేకుండా మరో ఐదు నుండి ఆరు వేల‌ మంది భక్తులు తిరుమలకు వెళ్లారు. ఓవర్‌క్రౌడింగ్‌ను నివారించేందుకు ముందస్తు ప్రణాళికతో శ్రీవారి మెట్టు టోకెన్ సెంటర్ వద్ద సిబ్బంది అప్రమత్తంగా విధులు నిర్వహించారు.
అయితే కొంతమంది పనిగట్టుకుని సిబ్బందిని విమర్శించడం భావ్యం కాదని తెలియజేస్తున్నాం .

TTD Vigilance and Security Statement on Sirvari Footpath Issue

 




On May 24, besides 5,000 devotees who had tokens, 7,000 more devotees without tokens reached Tirumala via Srivari footpath route. 


This has led to severe traffic congestion and overcrowding around the token issue area. 

In response, stricter crowd control measures were implemented on Sunday, as per the instructions of higher authorities. 

Three cut-off points were established at the Pump House, in front of the old Mayuri Dairy, and at the Railway Underbridge. Devotee vehicles were halted in phases, and pilgrims were allowed to proceed in segments according to the token availability.

However, a few pilgrims at these points requested to continue their journey on foot and were allowed by vigilance staff. 

Some individuals recorded these instances and circulated false claims that vigilance staff were sending devotees through backdoor access to obtain tokens which is completely untrue.

The vigilance personnel acted purely in the interest of devotee safety and security.

Additionally, special routes were arranged for the smooth movement of emergency vehicles. 

Even the Vigilance officials and staff themselves assisted in loading luggage into transport vehicles to ease the congestion.

On Sunday also, 5000 tokens were issued, while an additional 5,000 to 6,000 devotees reached Tirumala without tokens.

To avoid overcrowding, staff at the Srivari Footpath Token Centre carried out duties with alertness and advance planning.

When the facts are like this it is inappropriate and unfair for a few individuals to intentionally criticise the staff who are working tirelessly for the convenience and safety of the pilgrims.

The following are the details of important religious events scheduled to take place at the Tirumala Sri Venkateswara Temple in June 2025: 

June 5 – Varshika Tirunakshatram of Sri Varadaraja Swamy. 
June 9 – Commencement of  Jyesthabhishekam;  Nammalwar Sattumora. 
June 11 – Conclusion of  Jyesthabhishekam. 
June 21 – Smartha Ekadashi. 
June 22 – Vaishnava/Madhwa Ekadashi. 
June 26 – Commencement of Periyalwar Utsavam. 

Record Number of Devotees Had Darshan in Tirumala

 










In view of the ongoing summer vacation, TTD has made extensive arrangements to ensure the smooth movement and darshan of devotees. 


Despite delays in darshan timings due to heavy crowds, TTD’s proactive measures have ensured darshan of the Srivaru to record number of devotees since Thursday last. 

Food and beverages were distributed continuously in the compartments and queue lines in a continuous manner through Srivari Seva Volunteers.

With coordinated efforts among various departments, faster darshan for the devotees was ensured in spite of the heavy pilgrim influx. 

The vigilance and temple departments are effectively managing the queue lines, enabling around 10,000 additional devotees to have darshan each day compared to normal days.

In the past four days (Thursday to Sunday), even amidst the ongoing rush, a total of 3,28,702 devotees had darshan of Sri Venkateswara with coordinated efforts of temple and Vigilance and Security wings of TTD.

The Annaprasadam department served 10,98,170 meals, and 4,55,160 beverages (tea/coffee/milk/buttermilk) to the devotees while, 1,52,587 devotees tonsured their hair, 12,172 devotees availed medical services provided by the TTD medical department at various locations in Tirumala.

On the hand, the health department is continuously maintaining the supply of drinking water and cleanliness in the queue lines. A total of 2,150 sanitary workers, supervisors, Meistrys, inspectors, and unit officer are rendering services round the clock in three shifts.

Senior officials of TTD are regularly monitoring the queue lines and supervising the amenities being provided to devotees.
