AP DGP Offered Prayers to Lord Venkanna
The Director General of Police of AP Sri Harish Kumar Gupta offered prayers to Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala on Friday morning. On his arrival in front of Sri Vari Temple, the priests and officials welcomed the DGP.
After the Lord's darshan, Addl EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary presented Sri Vari Prasadam, Theertha Prasadams, and a laminated photo of the Lord. The temple's Veda pundits blessed him with Vedic Hymns at Ranganayakula Mandapam.
CVSO Sri Sri V. Harshavardhan Raju, Temple DyEO Sri Lokanadham and others were present.
Security Audit Meeting in Tirumala
A high-level meeting on Security Audit was held at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Friday in the presence of AP DGP Sri Harish Kumar Gupta along with the TTD EO Sri J Syamala Rao which discussed on the various security aspects and the measures to beef up security in Tirumala and surroundings keeping in view the prevailing circumstances in the country.
Earlier, Tirupati SP TTD In-charge CV&SO and Sri Harshavardhan Raju explained the security-related issues and the Security Audit measures being contemplated through a brief PowerPoint Presentation.
Speaking on the occasion, the State Police Chief strongly felt that a robust security setup is needed for Tirumala, considering its popularity and sensitivity worldwide. The DGP has also suggested having an SOP for each Security Agency involved in Tirumala, including APSP, DAR, SPF, HGs, Civil Police and TTD Security, besides a Disaster Management Team to tackle the exigencies, if any. He also suggested a Multi-layered vehicle scanning system at Alipiri, to collaborate with Defence Agencies on Sensor Play system, modernised security equipment, and a strong Cyber Security System for TTD.
TTD EO Sri J Syamala Rao felt the need for a formal coordination mechanism on Security, besides strengthening the Cyber Security Set-up in Tirumala and expressed pleasure for a detailed review on Security Audit.

తిరుమలలో భద్రతపై రాష్ట్ర డీజీపీ, టీటీడీ ఈఓ ఉన్నతస్థాయి సమీక్ష సమావేశం
దేశంలో ప్రస్తుతం నెలకొని ఉన్న పరిస్థితులను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకొని తిరుమలలో భద్రతను ఏ విధంగా మరింత బలోపేతం చేయాలన్న అంశం పై ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ డీజీపీ శ్రీ హరిష్ కుమార్ గుప్తా, టీటీడీ ఈవో శ్రీ జె. శ్యామల రావు సమక్షంలో
శుక్రవారం తిరుమలలోని అన్నమయ్య భవనంలో ఉన్నత స్థాయి భద్రత సమావేశం
జరిగింది.
ఈ సమావేశం ప్రారంభంలో ముందుగా తిరుపతి ఎస్పీ మరియు టీటీడీ ఇన్ ఛార్జ్ సీవీఎస్వో శ్రీ హర్షవర్ధన్ రాజు భద్రతా అంశాలపై పవర్ పాయింట్ ప్రజంటేషన్ ఇచ్చారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా డీజీపీ మాట్లాడుతూ అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయిలో తిరుమలకు ఉన్న ప్రత్యేకతను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకొని మెరుగైన భద్రతా వ్యవస్థ ఏర్పాటు చేయడం అవసరమని తెలిపారు. ఏపీఎస్పీ, డీఏఆర్, ఎస్పీఎఫ్, హోంగార్డు, సివిల్ పోలీసు, టీటీడీ సెక్యూరిటీతోపాటు అత్యవసర పరిస్థితులను ఎదుర్కొనే డిజాస్టర్ మేనేజ్మెంట్ టీమ్ ఏర్పాటుపై దృష్టి పెట్టాలన్నారు. వివిధ సెక్యూరిటీ ఏజెన్సీలకు స్థిరమైన స్టాండర్డ్ ఆపరేటింగ్ ప్రొసీజర్ రూపొందించాలని సూచించారు.
అలిపిరి వద్ద బహుళ స్థాయి వాహన తనిఖీ వ్యవస్థ, డిఫెన్స్ ఏజెన్సీలతో కలసి సెన్సార్ ప్లే సిస్టమ్, ఆధునిక భద్రతా పరికరాలు, సైబర్ భద్రత వ్యవస్థను బలోపేతం చేయడం వంటి అంశాలపై కూడా ఆయన చర్చించారు.
అనంతరం టీటీడీ ఈవో శ్రీ జె.శ్యామల రావు మాట్లాడుతూ, భద్రతపై అనుబంధ ఏజెన్సీలతో ఒక సమన్వయ వ్యవస్థ అవసరమని అభిప్రాయ పడ్డారు. తిరుమలలో సైబర్ భద్రతా వ్యవస్థను మరింతగా బలోపేతం చేయాలని పేర్కొన్నారు. విస్తృతస్థాయిలో తిరుమల భద్రతా సమీక్ష నిర్వహించడంపై సంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా టీటీడీ చైర్మన్ మాట్లాడుతూ ఎస్వీబీసీలో మరింత నాణ్యమైన కార్యక్రమాలు రూపొందించాలని తెలిపారు. శ్రీవారి భక్తులను ఆకట్టుకునే విధంగా కార్యక్రమాలకు రూప కల్పన చేయాలని తద్వారా వీక్షకుల సంఖ్య పెంచ వచ్చునని తెలిపారు.
ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ ఆధ్యాత్మిక కార్యక్రమాలను నాణ్యమైన ప్రమాణాలతో రూపొందించడంతో పాటు యువతకు చేరువయ్యేలా కార్యక్రమాలు ప్రసారం చేయాలని తెలియజేశారు.

SVBC Review Meeting Held
TTD Chairman Sri B R Naidu along with the TTD EO Sri J Syamala Rao held at a review meeting on Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel(SVBC) at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Friday.
The TTD Board Chief directed the officers concerned to improve the quality of programs being telecast on SVBC and increase the viewership with innovative programs.
The EO also directed the SVBC officials to bring in the required changes to improve the quality of content and video.
Earlier, Sri Srinivasa Reddy, Sri Srinivas and Sri Ravi who are reputed technical and content experts suggested certain improvements that shall be carried out to make the SVBC programs more attractive.
TTD Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary, JEO and CEO SVBC In-charge Sri Veerabrahmam, OSD SVBC Smt Padmavati were also present.
TTD Chairman Paves A Visit to SV Museum
TTD Chairman Sri BR Naidu, along with board member Smt Panabaka Lakshmi visited the various galleries in Sri Venkateswara Museum at Tirumala on Friday evening, developed with technical assistance of TCS on a donation basis.
The Chairman instructed the officials concerned to make the museum fully accessible to the devotees.
He also directed that the Museum should reflect the history, glory, mythology and uniqueness of Tirumala, providing spiritual knowledge to the devotees.
The Chief Museum Officer charge and DyEO Health Sri Somannarayana, Health Officer Dr Madhusudhan, AVSO Sri Viswanath, Museum Curator Sri Siva Kumar and others were also present.
