Sri Periyalwar Festival Begins

 





The annual Sri Periyalwar Utsavam began on Thursday at the Sri Lakshmi Narayana Swamy Temple, associated with Sri Govindaraja Swamy Temple in Tirupati. The celebrations will continue till July 05.


Each day, in the morning and evening, both Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swamy and Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamy of Tirumala, along with their disciples, recite Divya Prabandha Pasurams before Sri Periyalwar.

On the final day, Tirumanjanam will be performed for Sri Periyalwar in the morning. 

In the evening, Sri Govindaraja Swamy will be taken for a celestial ride on Garuda Vahanam, and Sri Periyalwar on Gaja Vahanam, along the four Mada Streets.

శ్రీ పెరియాళ్వార్‌ ఉత్సవం ఆరంభం

 







తిరుపతిలోని శ్రీ గోవిందరాజస్వామివారి ఆలయానికి అనుబంధంగా వున్న శ్రీలక్ష్మీ నారాయణ స్వామి వారి ఆలయంలో శ్రీ పెరియాళ్వార్‌ ఉత్సవం గురువారం ఘనంగా ప్రారంభమైంది. జూలై 05వ తేదీ వరకు జరుగనుంది.

ఇందులో భాగంగా ఉదయం, సాయంత్రం శ్రీశ్రీశ్రీ పెద్దజీయర్‌ స్వామి, శ్రీశ్రీశ్రీ చిన్న జీయర్‌ స్వామి తమ శిష్యబృందంతో కలిసి శ్రీలక్ష్మీ నారాయణ స్వామి వారి ఆలయంలోని శ్రీ పెరియాళ్వార్‌వారి సన్నిధిలో ప్రబంధ పాశురాలను నివేదించారు. చివరి రోజైన జూలై 05వ తేదీ ఉదయం శ్రీ పెరియాళ్వార్‌కు తిరుమంజనం నిర్వహిస్తారు. సాయంత్రం శ్రీగోవిందరాజస్వామివారు గరుడ వాహనంపై, శ్రీ పెరియాళ్వార్‌ గజ వాహనంపై ఆలయ నాలుగు మాడ వీధుల్లో ఊరేగి భక్తులను కటాక్షించనున్నారు.
శ్రీ మహావిష్ణువుకు పెరియాళ్వార్‌ పరమభక్తుడు. శ్రీ ఆండాళ్‌ అమ్మవారికి ఈయన తండ్రి. శ్రీ పెరియాళ్వార్‌ తులసిమాలలు కట్టి ప్రతిరోజు స్వామివారికి సమర్పించేవారు. తండ్రితో పాటు ఆరాధించిన ఆండాళ్‌ అమ్మవారు చివరకు స్వామివారినే భర్తగా భావించారు. శ్రీ పెరియాళ్వార్‌ ఎన్నో పాశురాలను రచించి స్వామివారికి అర్పించారు. ఈయనకు శ్రీమహావిష్ణువు సాక్షాత్కారం జరిగినట్టు అర్చకులు తెలిపారు.

2000 Helmets Distributed to TTD Employees

 





TTD Chairman Sri B.R. Naidu, along with Chief Vigilance and Security Officer Sri Muralikrishna, distributed helmets to TTD employees at the Chairman’s Camp Office in Tirumala on Thursday.


Speaking to the media on the occasion, the Chairman stated that the initiative is to ensure the safety of TTD employees. He mentioned that 500 helmets had already been distributed recently, and now 2,000 more helmets are being given, thanks to the donations by Sri Nimmakayala Satyanarayana from Amalapuram and Sri Nagendra Prasad from Hyderabad. 

He further added that another 7,500 helmets would be provided to employees in the coming days. He urged all staff members to wear the helmets without fail ensuring their personal safety.

CV&SO highlighted that wearing helmets can save lives during accidents. 

He also said that special drives are being regularly conducted at Alipiri and on the ghat roads to enforce helmet usage. 

He also appealed to all pilgrims visiting Tirumala to wear helmets for a safe journey.

Annaprasadam Deputy EO Sri Rajendra, Vigilance Officer Smt. Sada Lakshmi, Annaprasadam Special Officer Sri Shastri, and other officials participated in the program.

టీటీడీ ఉద్యోగులకు 2వేల హెల్మెట్లు పంపిణీ helmets

 







టీటీడీ ఉద్యోగులకు టీటీడీ చైర్మన్ శ్రీ బీ.ఆర్.నాయుడు తిరుమలలోని చైర్మన్ క్యాంపు కార్యాలయంలో సీవీఎస్వో శ్రీ మురళీకృష్ణ తో కలిసి గురువారం హెల్మెట్లు పంపిణీ చేశారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆయన మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ టీటీడీ ఉద్యోగుల భద్రతను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని హెల్మెట్ల పంపిణీ కార్యక్రమానికి శ్రీకారం చుట్టామని చెప్పారు. ఇటీవలే 500 హెల్మెట్లు పంపిణీ చేశామని, అమాలాపురానికి చెందిన శ్రీ నిమ్మకాయల సత్యనారాయణ, హైదరాబాద్ కు చెందిన శ్రీ నాగేంద్ర ప్రసాద్ అనే దాతలు విరాళంగా ఇచ్చిన 2 వేల హెల్మెట్లు ప్రస్తుతం పంపిణీ చేస్తున్నట్లు చెప్పారు. రాబోయే రోజుల్లో మరో 7500 హెల్మెట్లు టీటీడీ ఉద్యోగులకు అందిస్తామని తెలియజేశారు. ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ విధిగా హెల్మెట్లు ధరించాలని ఆయన కోరారు.
టీటీడీ సీవీఎస్వో శ్రీ మురళీకృష్ణ మాట్లాడుతూ టీటీడీ ఉద్యోగులకు అందిస్తున్న హెల్మెట్లు ధరించి ప్రయాణం చేయడం వల్ల ప్రమాదాల్లో ప్రాణాలను కాపాడుకోవచ్చని చెప్పారు. హెల్మెట్లు ధరించడంపై అలిపిరి, ఘాట్ రోడ్ల వద్ద ఎప్పటికప్పుడు స్పెషల్ డ్రైవ్ లు నిర్వహిస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. సురక్షిత ప్రయాణం కోసం తిరుమలకు వచ్చే భక్తులందరూ తప్పనిసరిగా హెల్మెట్లు ధరించాలని కోరారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో డిప్యూటీ ఈవో శ్రీ రాజేంద్ర, వీజీవో శ్రీమతి సదా లక్ష్మీ, అన్న ప్రసాదం స్పెషల్ ఆఫీసర్ శ్రీ శాస్త్రి, ఇతర అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam Held

 




The traditional Temple cleaning ritual, the Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam was held with religious fervour in Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy temple at Srinivasa Mangapuram on Thursday.


This event was held in connection with the annual Sakshatkara Vaibhavotsavam which will commence on June 30 and concludes on July 2. 

The entire Temple premises were cleaned with Parimalam-an aromatic mixture.

Special Grade Deputy EO Smt Varalakshmi, AEO Sri Gopinath, Superintendent Sri Ramesh, Archakas and others participated in this unique cleansing fete.

TTD Chairman Unveils Postersof Nandalur and Thllapaka Temples Brahmotsavams

 




The TTD Chairman Sri B.R. Naidu, along with Additional EO Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary, unveiled the posters of the annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Soumyanatha Swamy temple in Nandalur and Sri Chennakesava Swamy and Sri Siddheswara Swamy temples in Tallapaka. 


The event took place on Thursday at the Chairman’s Camp Office in Tirumala.

The Brahmotsavams of Sri Soumyanatha Swamy will be grandly conducted in Nandalur from July 4 to 13.

Similarly, the Brahmotsavams of Sri Chennakesava Swamy and Sri Siddheswara Swamy will be observed in Tallapaka from July 5 to 15.

On this occasion, officials briefed the Chairman on the spiritual prominence and historical background of these temples.

TTD Deputy EOs Sri Natesh Babu and Smt. Prashanthi were also present during the event.

టీటీడీకి రూ.కోటి విరాళం Donation

 




ఓ NRI భక్తుడు శ్రీ తోట చంద్రశేఖర్ టీటీడీ ఎస్వీ ప్రాణదాన ట్రస్టుకు గురువారం రూ.కోటి విరాళంగా అందించారు.
