Expedite Works for Vontimitta Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy Vari Temple Brahmotsvams






TTD JEO Sri V. Veerabrahmam directed the officials to expedite the arrangements for the upcoming Sri Ramanavami Brahmotsavams of Sri Kodandarama Swamy Temple at Ontimitta. On Friday, he inspected the ongoing Brahmotsavam arrangements at Ontimitta along with the officials.


Speaking on the occasion, the JEO said that Nitya Annaprasadam distribution for devotees visiting the temple will commence from March 16, ensuring that devotees do not face any inconvenience during their visit for darshan. He also instructed all the departments of TTD to coordinate with the district administration and complete the works at the earliest.


He further informed that the newly constructed Nitya Annaprasadam building in the temple premises will also be inaugurated on March 16.


Later, he inspected the four Mada streets around the temple, the Nitya Annaprasadam building and the Sri Sita Rama Kalyana Vedika, and gave several suggestions to the officials.

Subsequently, he conducted a review meeting with TTD and district officials regarding the Brahmotsavam arrangements.


TTD CE Sri Satyanarayana, SE (Electrical) Sri Venkateswarulu, Garden Superintendent Sri Srinivasulu, Deputy Executive Officers Sri Sivaprasad and Sri Selvam, DE (Electrical) Sri Ravi Shankar Reddy, and other officials were present.

శ్రీ ఎస్వీ వేద పాఠశాలకు చేరుకున్న ఆయనకు వేద పండితులు పూర్ణకుంభంతో స్వాగతం పలికారుఅనంతరం వేదాశీర్వచనాల మధ్య ప్రార్థనా మందిరానికి చేరుకునివేద పండితులు మరియు విద్యార్థులతో కలిసి శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర స్వామికి ప్రత్యేక పూజలు చేశారు.

తరువాత వేద పండితులు ఆయనకు పుష్పమాలఫలాలుశాలువాతో సత్కారం చేశారు.


 సందర్భంగా టిటిడి ఆధ్వర్యంలో నడుస్తున్న శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర వేద పాఠశాల గురించి టిటిడి ఛైర్మెన్ వివరాలు తెలుసుకున్నారుపాఠశాల ఎప్పుడు స్థాపించబడిందిప్రస్తుతం ఎంత మంది విద్యార్థులు వే విద్యను అభ్యసిస్తున్నారు అనే విషయాలను అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారుఅలాగే వేద విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్యను పెంచేందుకు ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించాలని సూచించారు.


వేద పండితులువిద్యార్థులు మరియు సిబ్బందికి సమస్యలు ఉన్నాయా అని కూడా తెలుసుకున్నారుపాఠశాలలో లభిస్తున్న సౌకర్యాలపై విద్యార్థులు మరియు అధ్యాపకులు సంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేశారు.


 సందర్భంగా వేద పాఠశాల ప్రిన్సిపాల్ శ్రీ గూడ శ్రీనివాస శర్మ అవధాని మాట్లాడుతూ పాఠశాల 1981 సంవత్సరంలో స్థాపించబడిందనిప్రస్తుతం 132 మంది విద్యార్థులు వేద విద్యను అభ్యసిస్తున్నారని టిటిడి ఛైర్మెన్‌కు తెలిపారు.


 కార్యక్రమంలో అధ్యాపకులుఇంజనీరింగ్ అధికారులు డీఈ శ్రీ రామకృష్ణజేఈ శ్రీ చలమా నాయక్ మరియు విద్యార్థులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Ugadi Asthanam at Sri Govindaraja Swmay Vari Temple on 19th March



The Ugadi Asthanam will be observed on March 19


at the Sri Govindaraja Swamy Temple on the occasion of the Ugadi festival.


On this day, the Lord will be awakened with Suprabhatam, followed by Thomala Seva, Koluvu, Panchanga Sravanam and Archana in the morning. In the evening, Panchanga Sravanam and Ugadi Asthanam will be held from 4.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.


Koil Alwar Thirumanjanam


As part of the festivities, Koil Alwar Thirumanjanam will be performed in the temple on March 16, which is customary ahead of the Ugadi festival.


On this occasion, the Lord will be awakened with Suprabhatam, followed by Thomala Seva, Koluvu and Panchanga Sravanam. The temple cleansing ritual will be conducted from 7.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m.


During the ritual, the temple premises including walls, roof and puja materials will be thoroughly cleansed with water. Later, a sacred mixture prepared with Namakkoppu, Srichurnam, Kasturi turmeric, Pachhaaku, camphor, sandalwood powder, kumkum and kitchili root will be sprinkled throughout the temple.


Devotees will be allowed for darshan from 9.30 a.m. onwards after completion of the ritual.

Donation to TTD




Hyderabad-based devotee Smt Radhika presented a donation of 10 lakhs to the TTD-run Sri Venkateswara Sarva Sreyas Trust.


She handed over the DD for the same to the TTD Executive Officer of TTD, Sri M Ravichandra at SPRH.


The TTD Board member Sri Bhanu Prakash Reddy was also present.

TTD EO Calls on Srinegeri Sharada Peetha Successor




TTD EO Sri M. Ravichandra paid a courtesy call on the successor of Sringeri Sharada Peetha, Pujyashri Sri Sri Sri Vidhushekhara Bharathi Mahaswamiji, at Sri Padmavathi Kalyana Mandapams in Tirupati on Thursday evening along with TTD CVSO Sri Muralikrishna.


On this occasion, the EO offered Srivari Theertha Prasadams to the Swamiji and received his blessings. The EO explained to the Swamiji about the various religious and spiritual programmes being organized by TTD in recent times for the spiritual development of devotees.


Swamiji appreciated the Dharmic activities being undertaken by TTD and blessed the officials.

TTD EO Releases Booklet of Sri Kodandarama Swamy Vari Temple Brahmotsavams




The booklet on the annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Kodandarama Swamy Temple was released by TTD EO M. Ravichandra on Thursday in Tirupati. The programme was held in the EO’s chamber at the TTD Administrative Building.


Speaking on the occasion, the EO said that the annual Brahmotsavams of the temple will be conducted from March 17 to 25 with religious fervour. The festivities will commence with Ankurarpanam on March 16.


He further informed that Ugadi Asthanam will be observed on March 19, followed by Sri Ramanavami celebrations from March 27 to 29, and Teppotsavams from March 30 to April 1.


The EO appealed to devotees to participate in large numbers and receive the blessings of the Lord and His consorts.


Earlier, temple priests rendered Vedasirvachanam to the EO.


Temple Deputy EO Smt. Nagaratna, temple staff and priests were also present.

Special Focus on Distribution of Products - TTD JEO (H&E)






TTD JEO (Health & Education) Dr. A. Sarath said that steps are being taken to enhance the production of TTD Panchagavya products and ensure their timely availability to devotees.


The JEO inspected the Namami Govinda Panchagavya Products Manufacturing Unit near Alipiri on Thursday along with the concerned officials.


Speaking on the occasion, he said that around 15 varieties of Panchagavya products are being prepared under the aegis of TTD using indigenous cow products such as urine, dung, milk, ghee, and curd. He stated that efforts are being made to produce more high-quality and useful products for devotees through natural methods.


He further said that special focus is being laid on expanding production and supplying the products as per indent requirements. Steps are also being taken to streamline the sale of these products through TTD Information Centres.


The products being manufactured include Nasal Drops, Herbal Floor Cleaner, Nandini Gou Ark, Logs, Churnam, Dhoop Sticks, Dhoop Cones, Vibhuti, Herbal Tooth Powder, Herbal Face Pack, Herbal Soap, and Herbal Shampoo.


He added that these Panchagavya products are being produced by TTD with the technical support of Ashirvad Ayurveda from Coimbatore. Steps are also being taken to create awareness among devotees about the benefits of Panchagavya products.


He further stated that products with higher demand among devotees are being identified and their production will be increased. Wide publicity is also being undertaken for these products.


During the visit, the JEO inspected the Panchagavya production unit and gave several suggestions to the officials.


Goshala Director Dr. A.V.N. Sivakumar, Ayurveda College Principal Dr. Renu Deekshit, officials and staff were also present on the occasion.
