Grand Celebration of Sri Rama Navami at Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy Temple

 









The Sri Rama Navami festival was celebrated with great grandeur at the Sri Kodandarama Swamy Temple in Tirupati on Friday.


At dawn, the Lord was awakened with Suprabhata Seva and the main deities were offered Abhishekam. From 8 to 9 a.m., the Snapan Tirumanjanam was performed ceremoniously for the festival deities of Sri Sita, Rama, Lakshmana, and Hanuman in the Unjal Mandapam. The deities were bathed with milk, curd, honey, coconut water, turmeric, and sandal paste.


From 3 to 4 p.m., priests from the mutt of Sri Sri Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swamy brought new garments in a procession around the temple (Vimana Pradakshina) and offered them to the main deities and festival deities. Later, the recitation of Sri Rama Janma Purana and Asthanam were conducted.


From 7 to 9 p.m., Lord Sri Rama, mounted on his beloved devotee Hanuman as the divine vehicle (Hanumanta Vahanam), paraded through the four temple streets, blessing the devotees.


Temple Deputy EO Smt. Nagaratna, Temple Inspector Sri Suresh, other officials, and a large number of devotees participated in the festivities.

శ్రీ కోదండరామాలయంలో ఘనంగా శ్రీరామనవమి వేడుకలు sri rama navami

 











తిరుపతి శ్రీ కోదండరామస్వామివారి ఆలయంలో శుక్ర‌వారం శ్రీరామనవమి వేడుకలు ఘనంగా జరిగాయి.

తెల్లవారుజామున సుప్రభాతంతో స్వామివారిని మేల్కొలిపి ఉదయం మూలవర్లకు అభిషేకం చేశారు. ఉదయం 8 నుండి 9 గంటల వరకు ఊంజల్‌ మండపంలో శ్రీ సీతారామ లక్ష్మణ సమేత హనుమంతులవారి ఉత్సవర్లకు స్నపన తిరుమంజనం వైభవంగా నిర్వహించారు. ఇందులో పాలు, పెరుగు, తేనె, కొబ్బరినీళ్లు, పసుపు, చందనంతో అభిషేకం చేశారు.

సాయంత్రం 3 నుండి 4 గంటల వరకు శ్రీశ్రీశ్రీ పెద్దజీయర్‌స్వామివారి మఠం నుండి అర్చకులు నూతన వస్త్రాలను తీసుకొని విమాన ప్రదక్షిణగా వచ్చి స్వామివారి మూలవర్లకు, ఉత్సవర్లకు సమర్పించారు. ఆ తరువాత శ్రీరామ జన్మపురాణం, ఆస్థానం నిర్వహించారు.

రాత్రి 7 నుండి 9 గంటల వరకు శ్రీరామచంద్రమూర్తి తన ప్రియభక్తుడైన హనుమంత వాహనాన్ని అధిష్టించి ఆలయ నాలుగు మాడ వీధుల్లో విహరించి భక్తులను కటాక్షిస్తారు.

ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఆలయ డెప్యూటీ ఈవో శ్రీమతి నాగరత్న, టెంపుల్‌ ఇన్‌స్పెక్టర్ శ్రీ సురేష్, ఇతర అధికారులు, విశేష సంఖ్య‌లో భక్తులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Pedda Sesha Vahana Seva Held

 








The vahana sevas in Vontimitta annual fete commenced with Pedda Sesha Vahanam on Friday evening.


Sri Sita Lakshmana sameta Sri Ramachandra Murty took out a celestial ride atop the seven hooded Adisehsa to bless His along the mada streets encircling the temple.


Deputy Executive Officers Smt. A. Prashanthi and Sri A. Siva Prasad, along with other officials and a large number of devotees, participated in the event.

ఒంటిమిట్టలోని శ్రీ కోదండరామస్వామివారి వార్షిక బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలలో మొదటి రోజు శుక్రవారం రాత్రి శేషవాహనంపై శ్రీ సీతా లక్ష్మణ సమేత శ్రీరామచంద్రుడు భక్తులకు దివ్య దర్శనం ఇచ్చారు. ఈ వాహనసేవను దర్శించేందుకు భక్తులు పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో తరలివచ్చారు.


ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో టిటిడి జాయింట్ ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ ఆఫీసర్ శ్రీ వి. వీరబ్రహ్మం, డిప్యూటీ ఈవోలు శ్రీమతి ఎ. ప్రశాంతి, శ్రీ శివప్రసాద్, ఇతర అధికారులు, అర్చకులు పాల్గొన్నారు.


ఆదిశేషుడు స్వామివారికి అత్యంత ప్రియ భక్తుడు. త్రేతాయుగంలో లక్ష్మణుడిగా, ద్వాపరయుగంలో బలరాముడిగా ఆదిశేషుడు అవతరించినట్లు పురాణాలు చెబుతున్నాయి. శ్రీవైకుంఠంలోని నిత్యసూరుల్లో ఆద్యుడైన ఆదిశేషుడు భూభారాన్ని భరిస్తూ స్వామివారికి సేవ చేస్తున్నాడు. శేషవాహనం దాస్యభక్తికి ప్రతీకగా భావించబడుతుంది. ఈ భక్తితో జీవిలోని అహంకారం తొలగి మానవత్వం, దైవత్వం వైపు నడిపిస్తుందని ఆధ్యాత్మిక వేత్తలు పేర్కొంటారు.

శ్రీ పోతన జయంతిని పురస్కరించుకుని టిటిడి హిందూ ధర్మప్రచార పరిషత్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఆలయ సమీపంలోని ప్రాంగణంలో శుక్రవారం సాయంత్రం కవి సమ్మేళనం నిర్వహించారు. ధర్మప్రచార పరిషత్ కార్యదర్శి శ్రీ శ్రీరామ్ రఘునాథ్ అధ్యక్షతన జరిగిన ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో వక్తలు పోతన మహాభక్తుడని, ఆయన రచించిన భాగవతం భక్తి ప్రవాహంలా ప్రజల్లో విస్తరించిందని పేర్కొన్నారు.


ఈ సందర్భంగా శ్రీ పసుపులేటి శంకర్ “భాగవతం ప్రాచుర్యం”, శ్రీ నారాయణ రెడ్డి “గజేంద్ర మోక్షం”, శ్రీ మల్లికార్జున రెడ్డి “వామన చరిత్ర”, శ్రీమతి దామోదరమ్మ “ప్రహ్లాద చరిత్ర” తదితర అంశాలపై ప్రసంగించి భక్తులను ఆకట్టుకున్నారు.


ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో పలువురు అధికారులు, సిబ్బంది, భక్తులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Donation of ₹10 Lakhs to TTD

 




A devotee Dr. Balaji Guntupalli from Guntur has donated an amount of Rs. 10,00,116 to the TTD Sri Venkateswara Annaprasadam Trust on Friday.


On this occasion, the donor handed over the donation DD to TTD Additional EO Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary at the Additional EO Camp Office in Tirumala.

Snapanam Performed to Utsava Muuthis

 






As a part of Sri Ramanavami festivities, the sacred bath, Snapana Tirumanjanam was offered to the Utsava deities of Sri Sita Lakshmana Anjaneya sametha Sri Ramachandra Swamy at Tirumala on Friday.


The deities were seated on the special platform at Ranganayakula Mandapam in Srivari temple.
